How do i find videos and images for billboards?

Hello.

Ive been a fan of planet coaster since alpha, while i enjoy making complex and detailed parks, my technical knowledge regarding making videos and images is very low. I know there is scope for player generated content and that is almost expected but what can i do if i myself cannot make my own? Is there somewhere set up for people to find content for billboards? Be it spooky animations for windows for the spooky pack.... or generic welcome signs that are animated - where can i find things like this for my park? I just feel like this is a big thing that im missing in my park and i dont know where else to ask for help but here.

Any and all help appreciated.

You also need to make sure they are in webm format.
The free VLC player actually allows you to convert video to webm fairly simply from the 'File' menu

Where do you find the 'file' menu? Are you talking about in game? Or on the steam website? I can't find any VLC player/converter in game. And does it really have to be in webm format? that is soo inconvenient! All videos are automatically .mp4 or .mpe4. I am kinda upset with Planet Coaster on this one. Why they would choose to use a video format that is not used at all for everyday house computers is beyond me. They really fell short here. I love planet coaster and will continue to play the game. But I don't like that I can't use the billboard video function for my personal videos since I have to pay to use file converters online.

No. Not in game. You have to download the VLC Player. (VideoLan Client)

Media -> Convert/Save -> add file -> click convert/save -> new window opens up -> select webm profile in the drop down menu (second profile in my player) -> click on were to save and name the file -> start

Or use one of the many free online converter were you can change the quality of the video very easily,

I am finally getting into Planet Coaster (yeah I know, two years too late) and I looked at the site you linked today. I found it wasn't exporting the billboards properly, so I started making them in an image editor myself. I have a project saved with various details as layers I can switch on or off, for example the estimated wait time number is one of 5 or 0 and 1 to 6 in the 10's column (so 25 minutes would be a 2 and a 5 layers switched on). I use the billboards at the queue entrance (it doesn't make any difference to the customers, but it looks nice in-game)
