Hi all , im trying to post a support ticket , the twitch drops which I collected last stream , the purple weapon and engine detailing is missing from odyssey but is there in horizons , and yes I tried relogging and all the other stuff , anyway I couldn't find a place to actually post a support ticket , not an issue on the issue tracker

yeah , where even is that link , because I'm still looking for it , I did actually post it based on the link @Para Handy provided but I couldn't find it myself
I cynically suspect it is purposeful....!
Weirdly if you right click on it and open in a new tab it works.
The thing is when they reworked the support website into the awful mess it is now (in my opinion) they renamed tickets to requests and buried the link to submit a request in a little box at the bottom of the FAQ pages. It is very annoying, hence I have bookmarked the link I posted earlier.
How easy it is to miss this at the bottom of their help pages, I mean the font is smaller than the page text and the colour is as pale as a very pale thing:
Shame really as the support team are actually top-notch.
