I don't believe CQC does, at least I didn't get any the one time I tried.

That is a real shame and TBH I wonder why? Surely no downside to it?
It could be they just forgot about it or didnt see it as worth the effort.
On that note, does anyone know if you get Arx for Multicrew?
Hopefully they re-evaluate. 10 points per fully completed match could be cool .. and hardly unbalancing given you can just swap ship amour in a station for similar amounts
Due to the current II discounting and encouraging the purchase of Type 6, 7 and 9 vessels, and the rush to swap every cargo rack in my fleet for a cheaper one I now have a significant amount of stock to sell but I've already maxed my ARX at 400 for the week so I stopped selling stuff to carry over my ARX credit.
Why is there no countdown to the current ARX period ending, and no guide on how to earn them?

It resets on the weekly PP maintenance.

Exploration data test run with my T9 Explorer: handed in 13.6 million, got 90 ARX. Even substracting 19 % for my Elite and Deadly pilots, it would still be 11 million. But I'm at 208 ARX already after shuffling some Data mats at Ratraii. That still seems the meta.

You sit there, typing away at whatever it is you must type away at.
You do this for 8 hours a day, Mon-Fri.
After 21 days, usually at a stipulated date, an anonymous benefactor deposits a sum of money into your bank account.
Immediately thereafter, several anonymous extractors remove portions of the money.
Thereafter the earlier thereafter, you transfer what little remains into other anonymous collection agency bank accounts.
With what you have left over you can either a) buy Arx, or b) eat.
And that is how you earn Arx.

Huh, you not suppose to earn ARX, you suppose to grind a few and then get annoyed and go spend real money on them
