How do you spot griefer cmdr's?

because the poor newbie is trying to earn some money to pay for an upgrade.
all you are doing is causing people to go solo play.
soon you will be shooting yourself in the foot because no other kiddies will be playing in your sandpit.
thats why this game is doomed for failure because there is no protection in multi play for newbies.

That's why he flies with cargo choke full of rares. Seems legit.

There is a post in the Groups section that would tend to contradict you. A player from the hated griefers of Eve online is attempting to start a group aimed at doing exactly that. I would be interested in knowing how that sits with the rules governing player behavior.

That post mentions nothing about targetted harassment.

I think shooting other players sits fine with the rules.

I shoot other players that have a bounty, and message them in the chat as I destroy them that they should have paid the fine.
Am I considered a griefer for playing the game as intended by the very first details of what the game is as posted in the 'Game Details' page on the elitedangerous official website which is about bounty hunting and piracy?

Of the 6 cmdr's I meet in open 3 where griefers all shot me with empty cargo hold. One was while I was in a conflict zone he was on my side. He waited till I was out of ammo and shield cells then started shooting me instayed of the other side. When I come back later in my new ship becouse I was insured he did a runner. What a low live. The 2de one was 2 days ago I was helping getting metal to Yembo. I was on a empty run back to get more metal when he interdicted me with his Python I try to run but did not stand a chance. My Asp was not fully armed yet. The first one was a week ago I was diong luxery trade and was on my way back to station to get more. When a fully layed out viper shoot me for no reason. I was in my new Viper not fully armed yet. So I think there are alot of them in the game.
Low lives that are just there to grief ppl in the game .

After all, we've been told to "play our way"...

That is a old lame excuse, in EVE it was called "emergent gameplay" by both griefers and CCP alike.
