How is Rhea looking?

40 minutes to a station per run? Please genuinely keep this (and all similar runs) a ‘secret’ so I won’t have a moment of weakness and waste actual minutes of my life doing this :D

Just doing a few Rhea runs for a bit of rank and to get me the last few percentage points to Elite nearly drove me mad...

do you go TO the station to get the missions? .. Im always looking for missions that end at the station ... am i doing it backwards?

I do know of a few of these "Locations" ... My only issue is ... how do you find the missions that GO there?

Anyone feel free to jump in here with your own assessment, but for my part, it seems to be a combination of economy type, system state (like boom), system size (usually have better luck with bigger populations), and sometimes just random chance (or luck) that one or many of the systems surrounding the "location" will give the desired missions. Sometimes surrounding mission systems can be <10 ly away, I've seen others out to like 25 ly or so, though I haven't personally noticed much of a pattern there... Other thoughts on this?

Thats why you have to do other stuff. Take out garbage, make a snack, check out other stuff on the internet. I've been binge watching Stranger Things season 1 to get a refresher for season two coming out in a couple of days. Been watching all the ST series in chronological order also.

meh. i think u just need to look at a few.

I have a prime location 500,000 in a system. 5 of the surrounding systems send passengers there. of course there is something more to it. but with a bit of persistance u can find what u want

oh and once there u can pick up a load of misssions to a neighbouring system with a similar station.

Yeah, that's a good point, my preferred system is only about 450,000 and pays enough for me, so it doesn't even need to be that long of a haul (takes me about 10min per trip), though I have fewer surrounding stations that generate those missions for whatever reason. One other thing to note, also look at the missions offered above your current rep with stations so you have some sense of what will be there once you've become friendly or allied.

I think the return from Rhea depends on your local faction rep. With no faction at all and no board flipping I have made 3+M per run on a type 7 with economy class cabins.

My bet: Dea Motrona or LTT 9360.

You shouldn't have mentioned it there's reasons they were being discreet, now someone's gonna check and see if so then they post it on reddit or something and now everyone's there and fdev Nerf transport missions again

Its hardly was a secret before. And avoiding mentioned on forums won't stop FDev mission generator changes long in production & testing already. FDev has lot of stats in database and they know exactly when some players earn income in top percentile - so they immediately can drill to logs and see where it comes from.

They usually prepare to cull sources of "get rich quickly" before it has a chance of blowing up - since development cycle actually takes long time.

Almost certainly LTT 9360 for the large pad at Smeaton.

There is a website where you can sort stations by "Distance from arrival". Took me all of 20 seconds to find.
