How long after purchase for fleet carrier/crew to arrive in Colonia/Deriso?

Just bought a fleet carrier at Jacques Station, got the message that the crew will arrive in Deriso for the maiden voyage "shortly", but as yet my fleet carrier doesn't show up in Deriso. Are the crew travelling from the bubble? How long between purchase and actually being able to get aboard? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help

It should be instant, I brought mine from colonia and got it strait away, check carrier management tab

If the system is full; it is parked in a nearby system

open your galmap and see where the marker for your FC is, as Groc79 says, it will probably be in a neighboring system.

Or possibly you might need to relog? Just a guess, but unfortunately we need to relog at times for somethings to properly update.

It remained invisible in Deriso. Sent it to Hephaestus, and it was visible there. Currently docked and checking her (Gertrude - "Strong Spear") out. Thanks all for responses.

Ah yes that's a well experienced issue, it won't show up in the system map if you are already in a system when it arrives, but it should always be visible and navigable in the nav panel even if it doesn't show up in the system map, I had assumed you already checked the nav panel, but then if you have FC's filtered out you wouldn't see it there anyway.

Now I am assuming this is because the system assets are only loaded when jumping in to the system during the hyperspace jump, so another method would have been to jump out to a nearby system and back then it should show up in the system map, but the nav panel does accept new POI showing up because of things like USS's.
