Engineers How long do you think the upgrade paths for the engineers should take?

I guess this is totally ignoring the time it gets to get into permit locked engineers systems, am im right? the current permit system is bugged and the only way someone could have all engineers is because he spent quite sometime in the past to get into them.

Yah it's siriously hypothetical only

The idea being to get a spread of who's taken it as it seems intended (do this alongside your usual play for some bonus and spice and variety) and those who want to chew through it, and at what rate
The two groups are pretty apparent on the results so far, but the "chew through it" is way more spread than i thought. Figured there'd be fewer votes for "NOW" or most all of that group in "NOW", but it's strangely even
