How long should I give a support ticket before I assume it got lost in the shuffle and submit another?

I've been unable to play the game since I attempted to disembark and the game hard crashed while loading. I assume it corrupted my save file. Game hard crashes now every time I try to load the save in Odyssey, and if I try through Horizons or an older version it just loops at the "Recover to orbit"/"Cancel load" screen. No errors messages are present in either way. I've seen others have had similar issues (pre-Odyssey, just normal crashes while loading) and their saves just had to be reverted by FDEV.

My question is, how long should I give a ticket before I assume it got lost in the shuffle and submit another one? It's been almost two weeks and I haven't heard anything after submitting a normal ticket and an issue on the Odyssey tracker. I know everything is hectic right now, to say the least, with Odyssey's launch so I don't want to try and push the issue too much if my only option is to wait.

But I also, you know, would like to play.

The Issue Tracker is there for Fdev not to read. You need 10 other players to happen upon your report and select "can replicate". You've seen the thing, how do you rate your odds on happening on a similar issue?

What you need is the support team, not the issue "tracker". Unfortunately it sounds like they've been dismissed too.

Yep, I submitted a regular support ticket first, then the issue tracker just in case it was a common Odyssey issue. Doesn't appear to be since no one replicated it, but it sure happened to me.

Give @Frontier_Help a nudge on Twitter with a link to your ticket. Stay polite and respectful (not saying you wouldn't).

Then Duplicated Issues should count as Replicated Issues.

They should, but that would require some sanity in the "duplicate" function. We cannot merge duplicates, so all it does is pointlessly discard the reports.
