How to send my exploration/trade data to Inara and other services?

EDMC or EDDiscovery are two. EDDiscovery has a huge number of features whereas EDMC (Elite Dangerous market Connector has limited features and a number of plugins. It really depends on what you want, a program that does just about everything or just an easy way to upload data to EDDN (Elite Dangerous Data Network).
From what you are asking I would suggest EDDiscovery since that gives you option to upload to EDSM and Inara.
Inara - Under "Commander"->"Overview" - top right you can grant access to the data

These aren't 100% real-time (other than initial auth) - there's a lag
For 100% real-time, you want to use something like the EDMC and configure it.

Ty! I installed EDDiscovery and this thing has so many features... They should hire this dev to put all this things in game.

Problem is it then becomes FDEV's responsibility to keep it updated and working since it's now "part of the game" and they aren't going to take some third party stuff they didn't write and then support it.
