Newcomer / Intro How to buy ammo in systems with a Conflict Zone?

Hi folks,

I found out how to search for CZs using Inara, so now I can go to these systems and do some fighting. However, I run out of ammo after about 30 minutes and I can't find any bases to buy more ammo. I can find the small bases but they don't have ammo. Lately I jump to next system but I feel that takes too long.

Does anybody know the way I can resupply in these systems quickly?

Outposts frequently don't. Of 28,000 outposts in the game, only 13,000 (less than half) have restock. This is less of an issue in high pop systems, and more of an issue when fighting in single- outpost systems.

There's at least 6 systems in my local area where fighting wars is difficult due to a complete absence of resupply facilities.

@OP, you can check station services on the map, or alternately all starbases (with large docks) have ammo resupply (i think there's a handful of exceptions). Pretty much all surface bases do as well.

I'm in Huh system. I thought it was all small base don't have supply but I can try those.

And then if they don't work I'll try a planet base. Otherwise just jump back to Xihe.

I can't tell if jumping systems + super cruise time is more or less than landing on a planet. :)

I will try those options thanks all.

And, depending on where the CZ is, flying the 17 kls out to that base will take longer than hopping over to Jarnae and Restock at Powell Platform (only 6 ls out from the star).

You guys were right, the small bases do sell ammo sometimes. I didn't land on it because I had seen one previously that didn't, but I should have.

Thanks Ashnak that is the one I'm at. It turns out that the low intensity CZ is very close by so that works out great.
