How to confirm if I have Lifetime Expansion Pass?

It's been a long time since I played Elite, aside from logging in very occasionally. I originally backed at Premium Beta, then upgraded to the Alpha package. Both are in my account page on the Frontier website & thought I had a Lifetime Expansion Pass but there's no mention of it. Should it be mentioned there?

I just pre-ordered the Odyssey expansion on Steam, then remembered I should have the pass...

I would but I can't find anywhere on the support site to log a ticket. I can browse the knowledge base but obviously my specific answer isn't there. Can anyone share a link to a page to actually log a ticket?

If you backed at Alpha level in the Kickstarter, you have LEP, as that level includes the 'Digital Download Pack' too:
Digital Download Pack. This includes a single digital download of the game, and any expansions, and all the other rewards above except those requiring physical delivery.

That 'Alpha Demo' is actually the download of E: D Launcher.

You have to find a suitable FAQ and look for a "make a request" button towards the bottom. So tickets are now requests and viewing what you have submitted fall under "My Activities". :rolleyes:

@Para Handy Thanks, I used the link in that page & changed the details on the form to something more appropriate. Kind of annoying you only have that button on certain pages and have to go fishing for it!

There are many of us that was offered the option to part with extra cash during the kickstarter and after to have the lifetime expansion pass, we all received Horizons when that was released and I'm sure the new one should be automatically added to our accounts, if not I'm sure a solicitor or two would help clear up any misunderstandings.

ive taken a look at the steam page for the game, and if you know you have it you will get it.

When will Odyssey Release?
Elite Dangerous: Odyssey will release in Early 2021.

What platforms will Odyssey be available on at launch?
PC, PS4, and Xbox One

I’m a lifetime expansion pass holder – will I receive Odyssey free of any additional charge?

No. LEP was something you bought as an extra when it was offered. Some people paid a lot for an LEP, others not as the price fluctuated for a while. LEP is nothing to do with premium beta, that was something completely different based on your Kickstarter pledge. More you put in, the better the benefits

I think if you paid this amount and above in the KickStarter, you are one of the first lepers:

Pledge £80 or more

I paid £100 for it back when it was still on kickstarter.

Me too I paid 120 Euros to be a Premium Beta Owner. So we should receive Odyssey for free? But I just Downloaded the Launcher and I see Horizon and not Beyond....

That's all there is at the moment (Beyond was a free update). Launcher shows just Horizons, base game, Arena and combat training options.

I got confirmation from Support that Lifetime is included with the original Alpha / Premium Beta purchases that were made before the Lifetime Expansion Pass was put on sale separately. Regardless of whether it's listed on the Account page.

How you can get now a Lifetime pass, once you have the game? I bought it including Horizons but I didn't read anything about it. Only here I heard about it.
