How to do screenshots with Xbox360 gamepad?

Sorry my bad english, but I have a problem. I use a Xbox360 gamepad to play Elite Dangerous. How can I take screenshots using a button on gamepad?

I ever used JoyToKey in other games for mapping a key for this. I have tried FRAPS and Razer Cortex too. Big Picture also do not work ("xbox button + RT" minimize the game and open Steam).

Anyone here can take screeshots with gamepad? Tips?

I have used steam in big picture mode like you suggested. Xbox button + RT takes screen shots for me.

I personally have a keyboard nearby and win+alt+print screen in Windows 10 to take screen shots.

Those are the two methods I know and use.

U can hit f10 and the game saves a screenshot.

When im playing Elite, i dont have a spare button for screenshots on my Xbox controller. However i have the keyboard right in front of me.

Would be a whole different thing if you using VR.

I bet you can set up getting a screenshot with a gamepadbutton in options.

In options menu, do not have any options for set up a screenshot button. This is sad... Thanks!

Hello. Xpadder perfectly works! I used the "select" key for simulate "F10" press. And "B" key for "Alt". So I can take screenshots in high quality too (simulating "Alt+F10"). This is the only tool that worked.
