How to earn more credits when"winging up" at a ground CZ?

Hi commanders sodiers,

TLDR: doing a group d CZ with teammates earn less credits...were we doing it wrong?

At the current CG in Chi Eridani, I have been doing runs mostly at the planet a 7 a ground CZ, and know that in solo I can do between 1.2 millions (I once died 3 times which wasted time, and also decided to get some control points which sped up the completion instead of getting more kills) and 2.2 millions (that time, I efficiently killed LOTS of NPC's).

Yesterday I "winged up" with 3 commanders, and ended up with only ~800k bonds.
My understanding is that we each got bonds only for the NPCs that we killed, which basically split whatever can be earned among the 3 of us.
I understand that you can't simply share the kills, since it would open up the door to exploit, where a player sits and the other plays.
I also understand that, unlike space CZ's, NPC's get killed very quickly, so the other commander(s) generally do not have time to tag the NPC under fire.

Now, this pretty much kills the motivation to do the ground CZ's outside of solo, if the aim is to get contributions to a CG. One of the commanders in the wing was working on getting to the 10%, so that was pretty much a waste of time, although we did have fun of course, much more than when doing it solo.
Is there a better way to proceed, maybe?
Or are there some very difficult instances of high ground CZ's that do require to team up with other commanders? When are the Thargoids getting legs?

This is emblematic of ED's design.

When you kill a guy in a Hi-GCZ you get somewhere between 60-80K in bonds. When you take a check point you clear out 50 drops. So when you take a checkpoint you are effectively robbing yourself of ~3M bonds. So if you are taking checkpoints and "winning" you are losing out on money. 🤣

Wouldn't it be great if there were scenarios that actually required a heavily armed group working together to succeed? In this multiplayer game? Instead of just one guy being Rambo? Some of the Defend scenarios are great that way but that's really more an accident of which settlement it happens at than anything else.

Pretty sure that having NPCs use jump assist to retreat when under fire, dodge sideway...I mean, anything but not staying idle like sitting ducks, would already up the difficult.
Maybe flank you...or at least if they could run, instead of walking in a straight line...

Anyway, not happening, but could they at list have the kills be shared in the team, maybe with -10% per player count in the team?
Winging up in space earns more credits, encouraging players to team up. So what is the reason to not do this on the ground?

I agree the AI is pretty poor. no problem with some really difficult scenarios either however not because of multiplayer. it's a team based thing and ideally it should not matter if it's an NPC or a person on your team.

I do agree however that they payouts should use same logic as ship kills.... ie let a player assist get the bounty as well as the person who makes the kill

That would not be enough, I believe.

From my own experience, it takes seconds to drop a regular NPC's shield via thermal weapon, then a few more to switch to kinetic and take home down.
Even less using plasma shotgun.
And instantly kill multiple via rocket launcher.
Assisting a kill may happen, but very rarely, and not even necessary most of the time.

Instead, the kills should be shared among the team members with a reduction per player count, like -10/20/30% for a "wing" of 2/3/4.
