Newcomer / Intro How to enter Open play

Just downloaded the game today and im having problems entering open play. I click open play, get the spinning ship and game loads after a few seconds. I hit esc and it says "Current game mode: Solo" Currently deleted save and reinstalled game. Still no open play

I've had that a couple of times during the beta. Try quitting to the main menu (don't quit to desktop) and restarting in Open play.

Hope this helps - anyone else got any ideas?

Wierd, no clue.

Might be worth filing a ticket for though, so they know that needs some work.

When you click on Open play it will take you to new screen where u will see your ship spinning then once the game is loaded you will enter open play in the station dock

When you first start the game you start in solo and then join open after the first hyperspace jump or supercruise.
