How to gather mission data and goods rewards?

I decided to try to play this alpha version, but it seems that either I'm stupid or everything is bugged even worse than I thought.
Can anyone explain to me where the ground mission rewards go? I took assassination (combat) missions and had to get the data and goods like:

Spectral Analysis Data
G-Meds

But after I complete the missions I don't see the aforementioned items in suit inventory or ship 'storage' option.

Am I doing something wrong or it's bugged?

I downloaded a bunch of data during a mission, which vanished too. I kept the goods and assets I looted, but I blamed my lack of familiarity with Odyssey stuff.
Also note that there are several reports (and I have experienced this first hand) of material rewards for ship missions wiping your materials inventory. All my Crystals and Firmware from this week's Robigo runs are gone.
