Can anyone know how to get a refund for odyssey key? It is obvious that 3rd party sellers will not give money back for a purchased and assigned key - so what is the procedure on steam? Do i should write to Frontier, or Steam now? Please don't yell at me - i was thinking about that and i don't want to play this game anymore - i was hoping Odyssey will give me something interesting, now i see it will not happen even when it will be finished - and because i don't want to be a beta tester and play it once in a 2-3 weeks or when some bug will be fixed i just want a refund for this obvious devs lie and uninstall whole game.
HOW? Is it even possible?
Thanks for any help.
If you played the DLC - Odyssey - longer that 2h then you're out of luck on Steam. You might have success using "I have a question about this purchase" in steam account, and explaining your situation to support politely. Explain that the game refuses to work on your machine or something. You might get a refund or a steam credit refund as a "gesture of goodwill". When it comes to DLC it's a slippery slope with Steam.
If that fails, there's one more avenue - if you paid via credit/debit card or paypal - use the chargeback mechanism in your bank or paypal's protection. Don't ask me how, I never had to do it. This however is a dangerous path to tread, as all your games are licensed to you on steam and you're steam subscriber... So I wouldn't risk my account over 40 bucks / 35 euros or 30 quid

And frankly if Odyssey is ever to be released on last gen consoles, FDev needs to fix it anyway, otherwise the shareholders will rip them a new one, like they did with CDPR.
Good luck with your refund
