How to get specific commodities in my systems outpost

I have a system with an industrial outpost, a mining installation, and a planet based refinery. Why do i not see any mined commodities in my station? I have titanium and Tritium in the rings of the planets in my system at a minimum i should see these. If anyone has figured this out as to what it takes to populate what in an outpost i would love to hear it especially if a dev would come on and give me a clue.
Do i have to wait for the Thursday Maintenance?
outpost is still under development due to this weeks delay. (all good)
Do i need to build something else?
System is Col 285 Sector FM-K c9-15

What are you trying to do?

Installations will influence economy of the ports in the same orbit of the body you've built them around... screenshot of where your facilities are?

but regardless of that, the combination of economies you've picked isn't good.

Economy types influence supply and demand for commodities, and for hybrids, if the hybridised economy is consuming its own supply then you won't see much of anything on the markets. This is because.
Industry consumes refined, extracted goods
Refineries consume extracted, industrial goods
Extraction consumes industrial goods.

There's a great example of a 5- economy port out there, where virtually everything is in demand, and almost nothing is in supply.

4 pile of turd that produce nothing

build station , orbital structure & land settlement here to get any boost , commodities for you station

@Jmanis so a large space station orbiting a planet will not be influenced by anything except what is on that planet or orbiting that planet? My refinery is on the planet next to my industrial outpost and mining is above the 3 planets. I guess the outpost has to come out of development before it will populate the metals

So, the "In deployment" bit as well as the whole Thursday tick aspect is still a bit opaque in terms of function for me.

But yes... currently , say, where you have that outpost next to the 1/1 planet, that will only affect that outpost (and the other construction in the second slot)... the other things you build in 0/1 + orbit and 0/2 + orbit won't be affected.

It's worth noting that FD are looking at changing this though.

industrial outpost,
Why do i not see any mined commodities in my station?

An Industrial Outpost will have an Industrial economy. Industrial economies consume metals and produce manufactured goods, so you won't see metals for sale there (it'll buy them)

If you want to sell metals, you need a dockable Refinery - and those appear to be deliberately difficult to build in colonisation:
- you need to build a Refinery hub
- you need to build a dockable station with a Colony economy on or around the same body

with what you all are telling me my personal opinion of this whole expanding the bubble is going to be a waste. Sure you will expand the footprint but with useless systems as you will still have to travel back to the bubble to get materials since there is no explanation of if i build this here then this station will stock this commodity.
Sorry just my opinion. I see so many systems out near the edge that have nothing but a station. I still have to travel 100+ ly to get materials for my system. I don't want to add to the problem, I want to make a system that will provide a closer solution to getting commodities to help the expansion.
this system was my second unsuccessful attempt at this. I have a third system but i want to lay it out properly.
Thank you for the input, it was all helpful but would still like a guide explaining this a little better and breaking down if you want to sell metal commodities you need this, this, and this station all in the same orbit.
thanks again

curious question though so i don't mess up this third attempt. is the location of my starter station (coriolus) going to be able to stock any commodities since i only have one other space build site orbiting with it? I think i will need another large space station. If i put a large space station next to the star will

maybe build a farm /hospital/science installation in the orbit slot so the main port may put out food/hightech goods for later build.
As for the 4th planet maybe an Ocellus ,then down below 2 refinery hubs , 1 industrial outpost , 1 colony settlement ( with 2 refinery & 1 industrial the colony may have stable output for both ceramic/cmm composite & aluminum/steel/titanium ).
Also you might consider put a military/security installation in the 1st asteroid belt

with what you all are telling me my personal opinion of this whole expanding the bubble is going to be a waste.
Expanding it to produce commodities was always going to be that anyway, since the original bubble already had 100 billion tonnes of commodities available and its only the creation of colonisation which has suddenly created some temporary localised shortages of some of them.

Exactly what the point of colonisation is beyond the journey of building your own system is certainly not clear - if you don't enjoy the process in itself, you're not going to get much worthwhile out of the end result either.

You have 5 slots possibly supporting a large station:
1. the planet with the 6 slots.
2. Three 0/2 moons with two orbital slots
3. One 0/3 moon with one orbital slot

Your colonization ship location is not one of these.
Next time just don't build a coriolis when the flag isn't at a place that supports a large station.

Anyone have experience with placng asteroid bases? My dilema is i have three availabe slots to place one around the ringed gas giant - but the ring is two part , one ice and one metal, i realy want an ice ateroid base but dont know which slot relates to which ring?

my gas giant has 3 slot ,the Coriolis placed in the 2nd slot which is the inner metal ring. As for the other 2 installations, 1 nearest to the gas giant which is the space between the gas giant & the ring. The further one sit in the outer ice ring
btw , my Coriolis stay above the ring, abour 1M so idk if Asteroid base gonna be within the ring or not

ok nice thanks for the reply mate.

Mine has three slots but two below on and one to the left ( which is currently blocked by an old contruction site that has not gone yet )
So mine is slightly differnt i guess, are you slots labeled 0 - 2 i'm guesing slot 0 is teh slot closest to the body for yours?

On mine the next verticle slot above slot one which is selected is SLOT 0 and the one to the left that is blocked by an old construction site is SLOT 2

Once again thanks for the reply o7
