How to play together? Can't get same missions - not one single mission.

The goal is just to play together. So far we can only do haz res or cz together, which we can crush (we are up to two FDL, two vultures and my conda thanks to core mining - wish could have 5 person wings or mix wing and multiicrew). We have tried 3 pirate king assasinAtion missions and we just get owned by elite engineered ships. FDL and 3 vultures in one and we cant even kill the FDL which is the mission target . Meanwhile haz res and CZ are no problem.

The cargo missions are literally 3000 or 4000 units. I have 240 and my sons have almost none. I guess my elite trader rank is killing us on those.

I understand what we are doing wrong based on several replies above. I need to let the kids get missions while no one is winged up so they can get easier wing missions or else if we are winged up they see only missions that assume 4 elite wingmen.

long story short.This game is an disaster.Why shoud i play a space sim coop where i am kinda unable to accept the same mission.A simple option to share each mission available in the game woud have been a simple task for the developers (even freelancer managed it, so coudnt be that hard) Instead you waste a big ammount of time trying to manage the most basic things for a game and simply give up frustrated, deleting the game as a result.
Such tips like doing missions "together" while helping your wingman without getting any credits after the mission is complete is just a joke.Thats not how i play games, i wont do things differnet because the developers are unable to build an enjoyable experience.Luckily i got this game for free on epic, maybie i reinstall to a later time, when i want to play a singeplayer game.Thats how i understood the recomandations in this thread sad

Pick the wing mission of choice, share it with your wing, simples.
