How to rush through challenge mode

Do you have any tips to complete challenge mode as fast as possible?
I'm missing the "Clocked at 32 mph" and "Fast for a biped?" achievements

Go for Muerta Research facility because it has one of the smallest requirements and lowest Par times. if you don't own the DLC then Pena i think because it has small requirements and low par times. Pena might be the same as Matanceros I don't know :D.

Tacano Research does have the lowest requirements, however it also has the smallest space where a tornado is GUARANTEED to hit something. Pena also has low requirements, but will need 2 hotels to get a 5 star rating.

Matanceros & Tacano Research will be easiest, but I would recommend Matanceros, simply because you will have more room to avoid a tornado.

As for the dinos, the best advice is to go for dinos/genome of lower level dinos who have just 1 dig site..... Crichtonsaurus, Sinoceratops, Iguanadon, Olorotitan, Maiasaurus etc. Although you will need at least 2 sauropods, their DNA comes from multiple dig sites. The reason that is important is because if you're trying to get 1 specific dino, like a Diplodocus, you're going to get Brachio, Camara, Stego & Apato genome at the same time. Instead of 8 trips for a full genome, it could take 20 trips to get that 1 dino you want.

Almost all the research dinos have DNA in 1 dig location like Dreadnoughtus, Giga, Metria etc. When going for a speed challenge, you don't want obstacles that delay your ability to get genome.

It shouldn't be too hard to get 100% genome from all the starter dinos, but once you hit 1 star and unlock other dig sites, then you have to make the choices who to incubate.

I recently platinumed the game along with all the DLC.

I found 'Fast for a biped' by far the most difficult trophy and it took me several attempts. I eventually did it on Matanceros with minutes to spare.

'Clocked at 32mph' was fairly straight forward and I did it on the Tacano Research Facility.

Happy to give you some 'Fast for a Biped' tips if you need any.

Thank you all for the advice! I've just achieved "Fast for a biped?" on Pena, it took me three hours and fortysomething minutes.

I promised myself I wouldn't buy the DLC until after I've unlocked everything in the main game, got every achievement, etc...so that's the plan :D

1 hotel in Pena was enough for me...and made a herbivores-only park (well, hatched a couple of Dilophosaurus at one point but sold them a storm later)

"Clocked at 32mph" is my only non-DLC achievement left, but I guess your advice can and will be useful as well.

ISLA MATANCEROS, HERE WE GO!

[smile] Again, thanks [smile]
