Simple answer yes,, inbetween work shifts, and short on time so unable to locate some pics quickly, else i would link some pics as examples.
Water Giants, very rare, i've seen a few around, some about the bubble i'm sure, saw one other day but cant remember where now.
More likely in a larger system, many large planets gas giants, further out towards the outer region away from the star.
They tend to be a lot smaller than regular gas giants, cooler temp range too , hence further out from star, liquid more dense than gas hence their smaller size. Giant balls of water.
They dont all look the same, two i seen recently , one larger than most water giants but no bigger than a medium gas giant but very brown, more like a ammonia life gas giant.
Other one i saw was more regular Deep blue, white banded clouds, very different to regular jovian class 1 gas giants which are blue.
Hellium gas giants , quite different again, most ones i've seen tend to be very pale, almost white , but many other types of colour too.
Short of taking a detailed scan to get the info , you can never be certain, but judging by eye from the system map you can be 99% sure tbh.
Aha found a resource that will probably help. Cmdr Fru payout data for 2.3 exploration. two types are on there for water giants. same as the two types i've seen.
Small sizes but give a good size comparison between the bodies.
