Yes, the voice comms is voice chat. From what I heard, it has a filter that's supposed to make it sound like you're speaking through a radio. It sounds nice, but I haven't tried it, yet.

I wondered how that worked actually as i didnt see any info in the game. Like if you and me would take on a mission of taking out some bad guy or doing some bulleting board mission. Is the mission shared and money split at completion or can we share the cash afterwards through some transfer maybe... Might be something that is coming later.
