Been entertaining the thought of doing an engineered hull tank conda for quite a while, bought one and named it "Fatboy".
Engineered some HRPs and Reactive armor, tried it out vs dangerous NPC Anaconda.
Thing is, he seemed to have more trouble taking down my 900 shield than my 6000 hitpoints.
Had to turn on silent running he was taking so long with the shield, and when he fired on me it didn't take too long before I was at 80% hull.
It's largely unmodified as of now except armor and shields, pretty much everything is B-rated.
The more I think about it though, the less interesting I find it. If I give modules more hitpoints (I have to, right?), that means im stuck with ~10 LY jump range and ~200m/s boost speed and real sluggish maneuvering. You have to do sturdy weapons and extra HP for distributor aswell?
Is this worth pursuing or should I just give up and sell it?
