Hunger, thirst, sleep needs for CMDRs

I do consider myself to be a roleplayer in many role playing games. Probably not to a point to roleplay bathroom visits.
The fidelity of the experience depends on what you want from it. I liked the survival mods in Skyrim because I thought it was kind of silly that cold wasn't a factor at ALL in a game with that much snow and ice and mountain terrain (like the pointless rads in Fallout 3, by the time you hit mid-levels you can literally eat rads for health; F4 was much better for this aspect). It made that troll fight area on the mountainside going to the monk's retreat much more dangerous and exciting for example, because I was fighting it not only for expees but so I could use that campfire there to not die of hypothermia.

I enjoy STALKER quite a bit, where you're counting bullets and the weight of your food supplies. I don't however want to play SCUM, which is just insane levels of human-needs detail for what I want in a game. SCUM is just too much micromanagement. I could work on my actual health and fitness for the amount of effort going on there.

I'm also a fan of realistic mods for Skyrim & Fallout, but the just wouldn't work in Elite.

Rogue System is the game, if any where it would make sense.
