You are either mistaken or the speed of SC has been changed. Took 90 mins kast CG (or you used a cheat a certain "PvP" group member was caught on video admitting to using them but i *think* (hope, i am not sure to be honest ) they are fixed now

Not really. Never quite understood the Hutton hype, but I suppose it works mostly for bubble folks.
Every time one of these Huttons Threads start there are always a few cmdrs claiming the 45 trip time. I did it about 3 months ago and it was real close to 90 mins.

Nope, just cruise and enjoy the ride.
It should be about 1.5 hours.
When there was a CG there I did 30 trips.

I'm almost positive it's about 45 minutes out to Hutton. You don't need to fly all the way back (you can just jump).
I was top 10% at hutton orbital mugs thing.

Last time I saw a thread like this, I went there just to check. 90 minutes it is.
IIRC the 'baddies' used a wing-beacon trick to cut the travel time down back then, but that loophole has been closed ages ago.

Also I thought my going there 3 times, once in a Clipper (for the Hutton Truckers thing) was pretty mad, turns out Im still just a noob when it comes to Hutton!
My rp character is also originally from Hutton, I feel ashamed!

Go Play Planetside 2 while you're at it, the trip is as long as 2 whole alerts. Well, play it if your rig can handle 2 high-end games at once

An Asp Explorer will easily reach Hutton with plenty of fuel left. One time I overshot by 0.55 ly and still had enough fuel to jump to safety
