Picked up a set of these on sale at Amazon for £90....compared to my old Hyper-X cloud II's, a night and day improvement. Added bonus is that they're compatible with my Xbox plugging straight into the controller with the 3.5mm jack, albeit only in stereo due to the Xbox not supporting native Dolby 7.1 surround.
I use Dolby Atmos on the Xbox which is pretty good at emulation anyway, so apart from the lack of spacial awareness via the 7.1 surround, it's not so much a loss thanks to the sheer quality of sound via the Revolver S. The noise cancelling Mic is pretty good too with no distortion.
Right across the board both on Xbox and PC (with the native Dolby 7.1 surround) they're a world apart in sound quality from the old Turtle Beach Stealth X04's I used on the Xbox and even the very good Hyper-X cloud II's I had for the PC.
If you're in the market for a decent headset for Xbox and/or PC, at the sale price, definitely worth the spend. Love them all in all.
There's also a cheaper stereo version (Hyper-X Cloud Revolver, no 'S') without the USB 7.1 dongle if you're just looking for a pure Xbox compatible set....but believe me, on PC that 7.1 surround is leagues apart from stereo...
