If you weren't in PP, you could have bountyhunted or continued your murdering spree without any problem from the law or bountyhunters. Any advice you have been given is all 100% correct. If you can't handle the problems that come with powerplay, don't do it.

Yes. Sorry if that doesn't suit you. This is my second thread about this topic. Thread 1 went like 19 pages, mostly not so sophisticated verbal fanboi attacks against the many people that agreed to my complains about the time penalties. So, I might be a little sensitive to that tone.
The thing here is: I complain that the game again gives me a time penalty. Again, a lot of people are eager to tell me that there's nothing to complain about. Again they tell me I could do things I actually cannot do or simply do not want to do. They told me I could re-outfit. I showed then I can't (this is possible by now). They told me I can call a ship. I showed them I can't. They tell me I can go bounty hunting. No. I can't.
Every single time it's me who has to prove they are wrong. That's very annoying.
This whole system of 2hrs++ penalty is broken. It limits gameplay vast and wide. Its a real time penalty for a fictive crime. In this case even one that I didn't commit. It throws me out of my progession for hours. It made me log out and not wanting to log in for weeks. The second time now.
But it's me who has to justify himself for this when trying to get some community awareness into this issue.

Yeah, the 2hr time thing is a hassle. Certainly a poor way of implementing C&P. I'm completely against waiting being used as a mechanic for anything. It's lazy development. Time delays are built into mission board refreshes (that don't involve relogs), rare goods spawns, ship and module transfers and now punishment. At least with all the others, logging out of the game can be used, but this doesn't work at all for notoriety.
I get you OP. Some of these fruitloops have such severe tunnel vision they can't conceive of a reply that doesn't involve a dig at your intelligence or gaming ability. You don't need to justify your irritation. The system needs improvement.
