I can't save.

So, i ran into a little problem. After i finished doing the first tutorial i tried to save my game, it crashed. When i started it back up again i had to make my avatar and everything again, but i could do the franchise and other things. When i tried to save, i got a notification saying that it couldn't.

It's in dutch but it says:
''Saving failed.
Saving file ''8931afc9-381e-468b-b15c-711aa771a3e9' could not be saved.''

What do i do now..?

I got the same problem. Best thing to do is report it on the issue tracker or if you found that someone else posted the problem, add confirmation to that post.
For now we'll just have to wait till it gets fixed before we can properly play
