I encountered several errors when working with engineers.
1. There is an error displaying the engineer's location in the Galaxy.
If in the right menu in the list of engineers, the name of the star system where the engineer is located is written in Cyrillic instead of Latin letters, as, for example, for Russian – speaking users, then it is not possible to view the star map of this engineer from its menu.
For example, there is an engineer named Bill Turner. It is located in the Alioth system. However, in the Russian version of the game, the name of this system is written in Cyrillic – Алиот Therefore, the map indicating the location of this engineer is not opened. Previously, everything was fine, since the name of its system was in English.
There is no such problem with other engineers.
2. With some engineers, there are other problems – it is not possible to pin the drawing to the engineer. Despite the fact that you click on the button labeled pin the drawing, they (these drawings) are not in the list of drawings. The most unpleasant thing is when you fix the drawing with an engineer in the Colony, you arrive in the Bubble – and the drawing does not work. An example is Petra Olmanova and her drawing for the HULL REINFORCEMENT PACKAGE.
