Wikilawyering now, Rall? lol

And no that is not the part I was referring too. It's the copyright part and how FD can hold onto content FOREVER.

After the whole third party mess on YouTube (I mean even Blizzard was going "WOAH"), it's going to take more than Rall's Guide to Legal Affairs on Earth to settle those issues. XD

That EULA is too restrictive. I would not have any of my artwork/music associated with ED due to it. WoW, Blizzard doesn't care unless you're trying to sell something with their IP and that stuff (which is why WoW has 10000000000000000000001 player content created stuff online).

FD is exclusive, Blizzard is inclusive.

No tin foil needed.

Sorry to disappoint you but I didn't need to look any of that up. I've been familiar with Fair Use laws ever since I've made mix tapes. It's been generally well published in my country for a long time in various media as a matter of public education.

Oh the content thing, that's normal in EULA's, maybe you should actually read them.

Here's blizzards very own.
http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/legal/eula.html
"User Created or Uploaded Content: Battle.net and certain Games may provide you an opportunity to upload and display content on Battle.net and/or as part of a Game, including the compilation, arrangement or display of such content (collectively, the “User Content”). Also my apologies to people actually trying to discus insurance costs.

Please stop to derail the thread with your speculations then. Feel free to start a thread about your issues and I will gladly tell you my opinion.

When you're promoted to a moderator I will comply. Until then...don't only fly without insurance, make sure you fly with friends. XD

Thank you sir, you've made my day.

Good night, and have a good evening - real life beacons with it's sweet siren call. (I have to cook diner in the next 30 minutes, otherwise I'm in serious trouble)

Like I said, wikilawyering.

I'm very familiar with medicine (worked in health access), but I won't go around claiming I'm a MD, either.

That would be tin foil stuff. XD

Likewise.

Liquidation of assets makes sense. Not as sure about claiming again later, possibly, within a time limit, but not permanently, that'd get complicated with multiple claims and act like a strange kind of unintended bank account of sorts.

Respawn at a ship you own also makes sense.
