I got bug can't reclaiming bounty at authority

so this few days, I been having a bug, I can't reclaim anything and I can't pay fine at authority(I hit ship when going docking), can anybody help me? developer maybe. ( i have relog)

you might need to be more specific. Do you have a bounty/fine? You may be docked under 'anonymous access' - pay your fines first before they become bounties - if you have a bounty, be careful and dont get scanned - go find an interstellar factor in another jurisdiction and pay it off there..

or it might be a different issue - hard to tell from so little data... screen shots? a bit more clarity?

It is because the factions who have issued the fines are not present in Diaguandri - therefore the authority contact cannot be used there. You must travel to a system where the factions are present or go to an Interstellar Factor where you can pay off the fines for a small surcharge.

Also your images were not uploading due to going over the Size limits (MB's) for files attached instead of hosting on Twitter or facebook
convert to JPG lowers size instead of PNG...

This is another issue when using Fads in aspec ratios that increase file size when other aspec ratio would be undersize in MBs...
