I hate...

...Seems like a waste of an opportunity to fry something else, though...
Like bacon! Everyone loves BACON! 🥓

I'm not sure this says much--wouldn't this work on anything? I bet even earthworms would come out tasting pleasant. I know grasshoppers would.

Although I don't mind kale raw--actually like it on a sandwich once in a while. I'm sure I'd like it fried. Seems like a waste of an opportunity to fry something else, though...
Ppl are focusing on the garlic too much...yes, grasshoppers with garlic are nice.
It's about "frying" the kale while it's wet that results in lovely kale instead of mushy soggy slop that results from over boiling it.

Maybe I've been reading too much WH40K but any level of kale is utter heresy. Its probably why I instinctively distrust the Alliance and K.A.L.E. (Kaine And Loony Edmond)
Which edition?
Which Codex?
Lots to choose from.
Oh, wait. Give it a minute and there will be another edition/revised codex out.

<<< does not even know what kale is and so the discussion is mostly going over my head

Also, OP, I believe it was Calico Zack. If it was a Jack I’d be finding the furthest bunker with biotic disruption fields. Mass Effect reference.

Yes I have. Its still horrific. Its down there with sprouts and moules.
Both lovely...especially when ripped from a low tide rock in Cornwall and bbq'd with white wine and butter. Nom nom nom.
So the general take away from this thread, and very low sample size, is people who play ED don't like kale...wonder if warcraft players don't like carrots and counterstrike players don't like horse. (Both of which are also very tasty)

Being that this has turned into a food thread, I'm just going to say this now...

Onions suck in any quantity in any food, especially if they are left solid. People who put them into noodles (pasta if you want to be sophisticated) especially are bad and just ruin something which is already perfectly fine. You don't even taste anything but the onion once it is put in.

I will not accept arguments.
