I keep getting collision fines from invisible NPC's

Like it says. On several occasions since 3.0 I've been fined for collisions with NPC's that weren't there.

Initially I was prepared to accept I was not paying sufficient attention but wing buddies have also reported this and last night my ship was zapped by a station after a collision resulted in a murder bounty for hitting and destroying a NPC as I was landing at the pad.

There were no other NPC's in the station and my wingmate who was right behind confirmed this.

Of course the journal log shows collision, death, bounty and then lethal response etc. So what's going on???

Many of these issues have been during wing missions with players in the same instance. To add to which we have also experienced some pretty odd lag issues at the same time. Such as bugged player ghost ships*, and clipping through stations en route to Hi-wakes that were in the completely wrong direction for the intended destination.

* At the collection destination prior to being zapped I investigated my frozen buddies Cutter sitting motionless 7 km from the station. Meanwhile on voice comm's he was telling me he was right behind me! I then bumped him (getting a 100 cr fine on ship that wasn't there)... then he jumped straight through the station...
 
they bring back the really fun bugs over and over with new patches, this is one of the better ones, just don't speed and hit the invisible npc.
