I'd love a big freshwater turtle, like a giant Asian pond turtle or Central American river turtle, and would also love more tortoises. Personally, not at all keen on getting a sea turtle as a standalone species - I've seen them a few times, and each time they are in huge marine tanks mixed with dozens of species of fish. To me, it would be the equivalent of getting zebras but no other animals for an African savannah enclosure.
On the other hand, one species I would love that has very sea turtle-like behaviour is the Fly River or pig-nosed turtle. An almost completely aquatic species, that swims with its front flippers, but one that lives in freshwater environments in Australia and New Guinea. They are commonly kept with gharials, which means there would be multiple ways of displaying them without it getting too stale.
