I'm not that idiot, i'm playing ED for almost year.
By lost i mean it's completely lost. Trying to jump cause error, ship disappeared, and I stuck at Pleiades. Nothing contacted me, no battle or surface crash, just error near station(something Adder, i don't remember).
And yes, Odyssey.
You’re stuck in Pleiades on foot and the ship you were in has disappeared from the game?
Maybe try booting into Horizons and see if the ship comes back?
Can you read? I just stuck there, because of 12 of other ships are far away, and anti-AX ship has low jump range and I don't need to move it from Pleiades. Not relevant info, imo. My lovely ship, Phantom with max jump disappeared. I don't think(relog to another version) this will help. Couple of reloading game didn't help. I just need to know how i can to ask someone to restore my lost ship. I don't even care about cargo, i can find thargoid probes and sensors at any time.

So you flew to Pleiades in a Phantom, transferred an AX ship out, switched to that, did some stuff but your Phantom has disappeared so you can’t get back to the bubble?
Immediate thoughts would be that perhaps you left the Phantom on a Fleet Carrier that has unhelpfully jumped off somewhere else but I fear that may offend you again ...
Are you registered on Inara with your Frontier CMDR? I wonder if that will still have a record of where your Phantom is supposed to be?
Otherwise it’s email Frontier support time, I guess.
I never left my ships at FCs.

You should file a support ticket from the frontier website.
I have a support ticket in for this right now. Ships just are gone. Went to inter astra to try and find my ships and notice my only option is to “I would like a refresher on my flight training” and it does nothing when I follow thru the dialog. Worse yet even with my billions on hand I can’t even purchase a new ship. My support ticket has been in for 7 days and I did see that fdev is on a 7 day response time for tickets now even if I did fill it out when it said 3 days. Hoping to hear something soon from them. If I try to load that account on Horizons it says “commander data cannot be loaded”. And worst of all, if youre thinking I can just use apex to get around whenever I open the galaxy map it flashes it for a second, then shows me a mission board screen for 3-5 seconds and then back to first person like the game knows everything is messed up. It does this in apex, frontline, or if I hotkey gal map.
One thing is for certain I do believe op and I are seeing the same issues and this is a whole new type of bug in odyssey. I get your frustration man but know that very few people have seen this bug and it’s natural for an elite cmdr to ask about the obvious mistakes most CMDRs make. The mistake is thinking they saw this one before. After 7 years this might be the largest game breaking bug I’ve seen.
This really is a new bug we haven’t seen before. I explain it out, albeit not all that well, above your post. Cmdr ships are gone and the ability to purchase new ones is even off the table.
Maybe if you explained it right, people would actually understand? Maybe read your posts again and try to make sense of it.
Omg guys. This is a real game breaking issue. How about we stop taking stabs at each other simply because someone doesn’t think the way you need them too. Can’t believe this is the first time you’ve lost meaning in a text message.
One thing I do think the op is not aware of. My ship also disappeared from view on a load in. I was just lucky(op being very unlucky out in deep space) enough to get back to a station and see just how far the bug went. If op and I are seeing the same issues it didn’t just remove his one ship(his phantom). It actually removed your ability to own any ships and made any ones you did have disappear. I know because all 13 billion in ships of mine are entirely gone. Horizons acts as if I don’t even have a cmdr account. Even if op and I aren’t seeing the same thing the bug I’m seeing is very serious and game breaking. I think not hearing anything from fdev on this as I slowly see more people in odyssey with this issue the more frustrated I get too.

Yeah. I get it man and honestly I quoted you even tho it probably should’ve been just a “in general” post.
I don’t have enough info to really know. I was simply on a planet and had my ship and srv behind me. I was working a rinse and repeat instance like many in odyssey are but it also moved my cmdr position on this particular reload. It was all very weird but I figured I’d just grab an Apex and sort it at the station. Once I got back it was all gone. I am still in my g5 mav with night vision and increased backpack capacity so I know it didn’t just delete everything. I really want to know exactly what happened so that I can caution others from having it happening too. But I don’t have enough info to even do that. Simply that this is game breaking beyond anything I’ve ever seen in elite and I’ve been playing from the beginning.

You were on-foot on a planet.
Your ship and your SRV were behind you.
You did a... mission?
You did a reload (relog) and your Commander was moved (where to?)
You then took an Apex to a station (Why?!)
You got back to where your ship was and it was gone.
This is what I understood. Or not...
You did try to transfer your ship when on a station?
You checked if your ship is still in the list at the shipyard (which also shows its location)?
You tried recalling it when you were on the planet where you left it (it won't just be on the landing pad but needs to be recalled)?
