Why make such an accusation and not provide us with some proof.
I would wager the outcome which was explained here is more likely the truth.

It is not preposterous; it is how Odyssey settlements work in conflicts.
Your first post was premised on the fact that Sirius lost a war but still had Odyssey assets. Your question regarding that has been fully answered.
You're attempting to move the goalposts by implying that Frontier are manually adjusting the BGS to keep Sirius in the Old Worlds, even though it has been demonstrated to you that it is not necessary for them to do so in order for Sirius to maintain a presence.
This is why people are calling you a conspiracy theorist - it's abundantly clear that your working knowledge of the mechanisms of the BGS is, shall we say "limited", yet you're claiming a conspiracy.
I have words for people like you. None of them are kind, so I shall refrain from using them.

You understand that it's THEIR game, right? And if they want Sirius in Leesti they can put Sirius in Leesti, and nothing players do will have any effect. It's not 'cheating' when they own the playing field

There is nothing wrong with it. It's their game, they decide the way they want it to go, players don't. Players are given some minor ways to influence the game, but the story is theirs. They stop you from entering Thargoid space by locking the systems, by your logic that's also cheating because they are preventing the players from attacking the Thargoids home worlds.
STOP with those stupid excuses... there is no content, there is no narrative. IT IS CHEATING !!!!
