I need help for the Yamaguchi zoo (Career mode)

I'm having a big issue with the Yamaguchi zoo in career mode (hard difficulty), I need to rise my education level because guests are unhappy with the education level of the zoo and I have to pay 20,000$ of refunds (they are happy on every other stat). My zoo is covered with cameras and I have 4 guards, so I don't think that it could be the cause of the refunds. I also need to rise my overall Zoo rating to 4.5 stars, but without the education rating I can't reach that goal, especially since I can't afford marketing (I'm currently stagnating around -8,000$ because of the ticket refunds).

My issue is that despite covering my entire zoo with education boards, speakers, and conservation boards, as well as selling tons of audio guides, my Education rating is still only at 1 star, and I don't understand why. Every board and speaker is powered and correctly linked to the animals, and they are placed at every single viewpoint in the zoo (see a screenshot of my zoo here, with education heatmap : https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/570665598963679253/828704993958690886/Yamaguchi_zoo.png ).
My animals have relatively low enrichment because I can't buy anything, but I doubt that this fact alone should drop the education rating to such a low level ? What else could cause my education rating to be so low ?

I posted a picture of one of my guests stats, pretty much all of my guests are like that.

What are your guests actually complaining about? Afaik a low education rating doesn’t cause refunds. Check the guest tab where you can see trending guest comments. That’s usually a pretty reliable source since the actual green or red bars are only part of the story.

My guests complain that the zoo is terrible and boring, saying that their visit here was a waste of time.

since the zoo is fairly large and the habitats intended for the various animals are quite a bit apart from each other, maybe try placing animals closer together. I even closed off parts of the zoo initially (by removing path sections) because I didn’t want to have guests complain about walking too much and not having shops at every corner. This way, I could concentrate them mear the entrance areas until finances were more stable.

a tip for all scenarios where money is hard to come by initially: you can delete all kinds of things - rocks, decorative items, street lights, buildings or shells - to get some money. For certain items that you are not supposed to touch, the delete button is grayed out. Anything else can be turned into cash. Just be aware that deleting plants will cost you money.
