I'm trying to get the platinum of JW Evolution on ps4 and the remaining achievement is I read your book which requires you to unlock all InGen Database entries. Which does sound very clear but my problem is does that include add dlc ones to cause I was sure I just needed the memos but I was wrong and a way to tell the difference between base and DLC entries would've been handy. Anyone can help?

It doesn't include DLC to my knowledge (unless potentially if you have DLCs already).
Memos are obtained from maxing out reputation with factions, one for each faction on an island (sometimes it looks full, but isn't quite).
The other main one is getting all the fossils (for which you basically need to exhaust every base game digsite).

You also have the ones from getting 5* on islands which is normally the hardest of them from my experience...especially if you're going through the campaign and are going for all of the faction rep items
Yeah I have DLC it's only secrets of Dr Henry Wu. I have all islands at 5*, all 15 memos, all 55 characters, 16 out of 17 diseases sure the 1 is dlc, all non dlc dinosaurs, all palaeontology but 1 and its Aquatic Plant Fossils but all my dig sites are completed there is some dlc ones I dont own, all non dlc genes and i need 1 location not sure if its dlc or no cause there no way of knowing and I've looked at a list online but they've no been in the right order it's in between t.rex kingdom and tyrannosaur paddock and my dig sites I have 44 of 47 which im sure there dlc.
The missing location is Tacano Research facility (part of the DLC).
The DLC digsites are Udurchukan Fm., Judith River Fm. and Prince Creek Fm.
The DLC disease is Foot and Mouth disease (You get it on Muerta East I think).
Other than that, you might need to complete the DLC stuff, seeing as you have it installed.
