I really hate this game sometimes

After CMM compsosites and about 7 or 8 hours of shuttling back and forth to collect the required materials to build a single outpost the last commodity I need is insulating membrane and suddenly it's not available anywhere

This game makes me want to punch the keyboard

Really, insulating membranes was super easy for me to find. Has to be something odd going on.
