Hi all, I'm just feeling weird about it, not really asking for why.
So, this Coriolis in question is the second dockable port in the Wolf 1243 system I'm currently building. I expected the port to run either Colony or Extraction economy, however, after it was built, it turned out running Military instead, and the Journal log records:
There is a Military related installation in the system however, but it's orbiting another star Wolf 1243 D, which should not be considered local (???).
I'm building this system based on the information that Commander Mechan published in his video, I messed up a bit (details follow) but it should not steer the station towards Military. My steps following:

This is weird since there's no Military related thing local to the station, only two Mining Installations orbiting the same star Wolf 1243 A.

- The system was claimed, primary port is a Coriolis located at Wolf 1243 D 1.
- After the primary port was built, I also built two Space Farms local (on the orbit of Wolf 1243 D 1) to the station, but I forgot which slots were used. The farms successfully steered the primary port to Agriculture economy.
- Since I wish the system to have better security, I also built a Relay Installation and a Security Station Installation orbiting Wolf 1243 D, but I also forgot their slot numbers. There are 5 buildings in the system at this point: Coriolis primary port, 2 Space Farms, a Relay Installation and a Security Station Installation.
- Then I started building a Mining Installation on the orbit of Wolf 1243 A, which is a mess up since it used the slot 0. According to Mechan's video, doing this is not recommended and could invalidate the economy steering. At this point I started expecting the second port (the port in the question) to run Colony economy. I finished the Mining Installation nonetheless before the previous server maintenance.
- After the Mining installation, I immediately started building the second port (before the previous server maintenance), and finished it after the previous server maintenance. When docked with it, I discover it's economy type is Military instead if either Colony or Extraction.
- I also built the second Mining Installation orbiting Wolf 1243 A, which should be local to the port. It did not change the station economy.
- I then later started building around Wolf 1243 C, but that should not effect previous constructions.
