I think something is wrong here. why won't you jump

Seems to be happening to a lot of players right now. Apparently the surge of players at ShinDez for the CG is causing the servers to lock up. My FC is also in "Jump Lock".

I'm seriously thinking of sacking my Carrier Crew, either that or negotiate a new wage increase.
I'ts aglobal Universal strike by the CCU (Carrier Crew Union) I reckon.

My Fleet Carrier went into hyperspace last night and hasn't come out.
It is trapped in witchspace!
And I no longer remember if I renewed my insurance!
I also have this bad habit of parking all my ships and modules on my Fleet Carrier.
Now I am here alone on my faithful DBX....
Does anyone know if Chloe is still working at Shenve? I see many abandoned ports in the Witch Head Nebula, I needed to do some engeneering...I don't want to go to Professor Palin with that stern look always makes me uncomfortable.
I remain totally confident that surely the fdev will fix everything as soon as they can.
I wonder what happens in that situation if someone was on foot inside it. Would they be trapped on that seat forever?
My carrier seems to be resubmitting and retrying it's currently set jump (it's tried twice so far) which is new behaviour (started doing so shortly before this post's date/ time) so it's possible the servers are queuing through the backlog and or Frontier may be trying to clear the queue.
After a couple of jumps, with several interruptions and delays my fleetcarrier is still stuck in witchspace, I am waiting for her in Shenve, but there is only the bookmark.
Good thing I wasn't on board! I got fleetcarrier phobia, “fleetcarrierphobia.”
A terrible new fear that psychologists will study in the coming years.

My FC is also in "Jump Lock". Can't jump to anywhere, just stuck in Jump Locked jumping in 0.00.00

ahh nice , well i can't get back onilne EliteD until later tonite but i'm gonna hope my Carrier was fixed ( reset ) as well then....
OK, after several hours in the waiting line my fleet carrier retried the jump and reappeared.
I would advise those who want to move their fleet carrier to be very patient with the waiting time, but most importantly NOT to board the fleet carrier during the jump.
