I feel as though the vehicles in the games require a bit of tweaking, here are my thoughts but let me know what you guys think as well:
1. The ranger vehicles could generate 2 NPCs that share the same models as the ranger gunner and driver. I think it will be really amusing to see the T-rex and other carnivores to much down on the rangers after they have successfully destroyed the vehicle.
2. I think the large carnivores should not pause for so long after they have attacked the ranger vehicle. I have noticed that the large carnivores would have quite the pause after the first attack, technically it may be for a means for players to escape, but the time gap is too long to still have that level of urgency. Plus it would make carnivores feel more dangerous than the armored herbivores.
3. Integrate the carnivores bite animation to vehicular destruction. The carnivores would sometimes have this tendency to bite the air at other beings in their area, and sometimes it occurs to ranger vehicles too. I think it would be cool that after the attack, that the carnivores could attack the ranger vehicle with a quick bite to add to the urgency of escape.
4. Pack animals should attack the vehicles in pairs at the very least. Some dinosaurs like the raptors would attack one after the other when targeting the vehicle, I think it will be more intimidating if some of the small carnivores and herbivores would attack in groups.
5. I think the pachycephalosaurus could do with a longer charge animation, I have encountered moments when the pachy would charge at the vehicle and stop before even touching the car, a longer charge animation should fix this.
6. Let me know what you think of this one, How would you feel if the car has a slower max speed after taking a considerable amount of damage? So if your ranger vehicle has got hit drastically from a T-rex and is at 30% health or lower left, the engine may not work as well and would have a slower max speed (So the damaged max speed could be between 60-80% of the max speed depending on damage). This is to add some urgency to move faster and allow for carnivores to attempt a second hit as the ranger vehicle would often be too fast to get hit again.
7. Please have the Jurassic Tour have similar vulnerability to dinosaurs as the Park tour, it is the only wheeled vehicle to not take damage from dinosaurs, so it feels off in the current game where ranger vehicles and Park Tours could be destroyed and not the Jurassic Tour vehicles. Gyrospheres should still be an immune option for tours. The Jurassic Tour could take a few more hits compared to the Park Tour due to the larger size of the vehicles.
8. Could we also please have the tour paths to go through water? Or at the very least, the Jurassic Tours as they have a more all-terrain vehicular look that would allow for it to be unique from the dinosaur proof gyrospheres and electric path restricted Park Tours.
9. Could we please rotate the tour path so the vehicles could go both clockwise and anticlockwise.
10. A cool new feature is that the ranger vehicles now have a first person view when driving the ranger vehicles, however, this viewpoint has to be selected each time the player gets into the vehicle. Could we have it as a more permanent toggle? That way the first person perspective will only switch back to the third person when the players selects to toggle back, and not from leaving and entering the vehicle.
11. How would you feel to have a tiny map UI as we drive in first person mode? That way we could see a simplified map as we are navigating our parks.
12. Very minor, but the toggle radio button is not shown in the UI when driving the vehicle, is there room to add that?
