Like it so much, and Im almost sure this will be available further with upcoming expansions.

Actually, I don't think that a celestial object view is in the plans man. Reading this http://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=6298 ,It only talks about galaxy view and system view. Hovering your mouse over a planet will give you some basic info, and clicking the planet will give you more info.
I am advocating the creation down the line of a third view, the celestial object view. Complete with full scientific data, height,composition,color,mineral,bio etc maps and interactivity with the exploration feature set in the game..C:
