Anarchy is absence of power, or government, etc. But in these systems there IS a power ruling. Difference is they don't follow the laws of the 3 big powers. So even if the term liberals isn't correct anarchy isn't either.

No. Anarchy is a rejection of HEIRARCHY. You still have systems of power, but it's organised in non-hierarchical structures (for example, through syndicates and unions).

I think we all just need to agree that "Anarchy" (just like every other "government type" in this game) is simply an abstraction, and move on.
