I was flying in a straight line.

We met up again, with a kill on sight rule. My Eagle against his A-spec Cobra. Hell of a fight, but his shield boosters stopped me doing anything.

Funny, no wanted, he must have got the first shot off. The first round I did have a bounty but it was only 9600.

You're using a Kill Warrant scanner, that's basically saying you will kill him if there's a bounty on him. Don't KWS someone you're unwilling to attack.

As for the OP, do you actually hunt in anarchy systems or do you just accept the 6k bounty?

Seriously, if someone has the nads to fly right up to the nose of my ship and the K warrant alarm goes off, then hell yes I'll pay for the kill happily. You get my point.

In future if you want to meet up far more easily make sure to turn off any firewalls you have on. Even the windows firewall will block many p2p connections and when its off you'll see many more commanders than when its on (forget exceptions on the firewall that wont allow a open p2p connection either)
