It took some doing, but we did meet up and his Cobra and my Eagle danced a lovely dance. Shame his Cobra left whilst my Eagle was returned to the dust it came from.

You won attention, congrats man, as for a fight in-game? You won nothing, you said nothing, and you keep avoiding telling everyone where you are hidding.

So, unless you actually have guts to fight us, tell us where you are :)

I don't quite think taking out one guy in an Eagle classes as winning.. I jumped in and out of system, saw lot's of CMDR's but unfortunately we never met.

Umm, scanning is not inherently evil. I scan people to see if I should be worried by their presence, if your clean or have an accidental fire bounty >400 cr then I definitely won't mess with you. Hell if your >5000 I probably won't mess with you because it's not worth the extra time to take you out vs NPCs. Of course if you shoot at me, I have no problem unloading more heat-seekers than your point defense will ever be able to handle, just to make quick work of you.

Wrong, it is not intent to kill, only the intent to gather information towards a decision that must be made: attack this vessel, or leave it? If there is no bounty, we don't touch you. If you have a bounty and out-gun us, we don't touch you (maybe?). If you have a bounty and we're confident that we don't get slagged? You're toast.

Look guys, to those that think I'm hiding and this has not yet happened, it has happened and is over. To those at a Nav point right now, good luck, you could organize 50 players to meet you and all 50 will be at the Nav point alone, this game does not connect players properly, it took Boise an I 20 mins to actually see each other.
