Ideal system for commanders colonization, Earth-like world?

What I've found so far is; some system in the bubble has higher population and strong economic (high supply commodity, fairly low price). These system has something in common;
1. Not far from power headquarter than 50 ly.
2. Not far from Sol system than 100 ly.
3. Have at least one Earth-like world.
4. Have many landable planet within 5,000 ls from Earth-like world.
So if you can colonizing these systems your base would be much more profitable. However you can hardly find unpopulated systems that meet these 4 criteria. And what could go wrong if you pledge to Pranav Antal but lay your base near his enemy, don't do it.
Right now, I'm searching for unpopulated systems near power headquarter, which have Earth-like world at Inara. And I'll share these system name for you this week! Have a nice time preparing for upcoming colonization update. O7

Today I've found;
'HIP 114458', only 21.89 ly from Archon Delaine headquarter 'Harma' but, the nearest landable planet from Earth-like world is 131,941 ls away, so it's unpopulated.
'MCC 528', only 46.41 ly from Felicia Winters headquarter 'Rhea' but, no landable planet at all, so it's unpopulated.
I've search all systems within 40 ly from each 12 power headquarters, only 2 systems - has Earth-like world - are unpopulated. I must search further away, tomorow.

If you pledge to Felicia Winters, go and scan; 'HIP 50874', 'BD+10 1684'. These two system has Earth-like world, unpopulated, and very close to power headquarter.

They can bookmark. Too bad these colonize opportunity is first come first serve. I'm do this to let Frontier know they can charge so much ARX for commanders who would like to buy ideal system. Like, when more than two commanders select the same system to colonize, the one who paid most ARX get a colonization permit. I can't wait to see how Frontier is going to organize, what we share or at least competing these star systems for colonization.

According to the Frontier Unlock, systems colonization can be purchase from populated systems within 10 ly radius.

Ideally I'd like to find one that has maybe an earthlike and a nice mix of metal and rock worlds and a few ringed planets at least one being ice.
This is all from me not understanding all the details of how that might work out for building settlements.

I'm sorry to hear that, but it is.. Now I have a harder plan to claim second system that have Earth-like world within 15ly radius, build an outpost. I assume that when that outpost is constructed, I would very likely be the first one that have access to colonization service and I will strike a claim on the Earth-like world System before anyone notice.
