Coaster Crazy IDEAS for a posible theme park game

hi, after the disappointmen about crazy coaster michael said that the plan is make a theme park game in future, i hope that soon i can play for this new game, and i think that the fans can give our ideas for this game for help de game engineers to do the best theme park game ever! I think is a good idea, the idea is to make a list, and if you want to participitate you must copy the list and add your ideas, ok? I Start:

We want that the theme park game have.... :
-The new editor for crazy coaster is good , but it would be better with more realistic supports and rails
-More type of roller coaster like crazy coaster or more, and the best will be classificate the coaster with real companies: B&M coasters, Vekoma, Intanim, for do the game more real
-New and realistic Thrill rides, flat rides, transport rides... rct3 have a lot but in the real life there are more for example Tower of terror and there ara more examples
-the Guest must be more real, not like Crazy coasters, the rct3 guest are real, but it could be better
-A lot of levels for the manager mode, like a rct3
-Good Sandbox mode and Editor of scenerys and editor of coasters
-More Custom scenery , greece, rome, egypt, atlantic, prehistory, west, fantasy, safari, adventure, space, terror...
-More types of roads, banks, entrances, entries, paper bin, lamppost...

i hope that more fan continues the list!!

-Real Park like Alton Towers, Six flag, efteling, portaventura for create a new part in the manager zone, "real parks"
-Real coasters like Kingda-Ka, Kumba, Nemesis....

I would like that the time (year and time) was more real, Because the hours passed very quickly and years is incorrect.
Also I would like to create as parades and parties (Halloween and Christmas).
I would like the attractions not spoil much and with 1 or 2 more revisions not break until the next day.
I would like the visitors were not so early park, because pay to be one hour and go home?:)
I'd like an editor Coaster Crazy but more realistic in the field of theme park.
Make important openings in coasters.
More variety of attractions and stalls, theme, roads and coasters.
Amazing graphics.
Put Hotels and more real entries.

It appears that everyone wants a game that Theme Park Builder 3D tried to be. Lots of flat rides, easy to make Coasters, a great amount of flexibility, and more. Sadly, TPB3D was shut down last November but was taken over by Open Park Developer which still exists. That project is progressing slowly at this time.

On a personal note, I am very disappointed in the appearance of the 'Peeps' in Crazy Coaster and the fact that they can stand up while riding the Coasters (Really??).

How this game is going to compete with RCT3 is beyond my understanding. A realistic game is one thing, a cartoon is quite another.

I think the problem is - Frontier make games they want to make rather than what players want to play...we are pretty much spelling out what all of us are wanting.. but neither Atari or Frontier seem to want to make such a project either together or on their own.

Its an unusual business strategy. Ubisoft spends alot of time asking gamers what they want they go and ask in city centres in Uk if you are lucky enough to be asked you get to say what you would like to see in a game etc. I seen a few standing in town with clipboards lol!

Exactly good sir. You hit the nail on the head. The customer is ignored. Not a great business strategy and it is reflected here. In fact I would have to say ( swallows hard ) that Thrillville was a step above this. But then again this is just my opinion and I am sure to give them wiggle room, that Frontier can always re-skin their peeps to make them appear however they want ;) as I am sure Michael can agree with possibly.

The intention is develop the game into something more, remember that the game is free so give it a try before disparaging it too much.

Please answer this:

Why didn't you use your own design of people of the Disneyland Advanture game???? Those look real and the design of the park is great. Why didn't you build a theme park / coaster game in that design?

Because that was IP done for a Disney and Microsoft game. We wanted our own identity for the characters in this new game.

Michael
Michael, we want a game of theme parks like RCT3 but with good graphics and great variety of objects and attractions.

Crazy Coaster is very good, but it's only the beginning, now have to listen to what the fans want. We expect a great game to come from theme parks, as you told me you had planned to do a sort of his version RCT3 in the future.

I agree 100%
While Coaster Crazy is a good start, Please do not forget us.

I understand the "different identity" thing, but really, they looks worse than Thrillville...
As you can compare Thrillville and Coaster Crazy? This games are very different.
Because criticism of the game? Coaster Crazy is not as bad as people say. Frontier said clearly that it was developing a game of roller coasters, not theme parks as RCT3 and indeed been met.

The editor of coasters is very well, is very flexible and easy to use. And the characters are crazy and fun within a game of realistic roller coasters, and the online features I love. That is why it is not a bad game and we should respect it.
And I remind you that Frontier wants to make a number of titles of theme parks and coasters.

By Coaster Crazy is a very good principle, congratulations Frontier by this work and I hope with enthusiasm the BETA of Coaster Crazy for PC! :D

PD:The supports of the coasters are nice to be automated, with respect to RCT3. ;)

Also, Thrillville was a very fun game to play (The Original one at least), it wasn't much different from RCT3 if you think of it.

Exact. So Crazy Coaster should be respected because it is a very fun game. By the way, Thrillville is a very fun game like you said, and it seems in many respects to RCT3.

We must wait for more titles from Frontier, but Crazy Coaster is a good start.

Ah no, you missunderstood me. I meant the character design, not the actual game. Thrillville is a perfectly fun game.

What makes you the expert on Coaster Crazy? Have you played it?

I don't remember seeing anything about any official future titles. As far as I've understood Michael has only said that there's a possibility that the game could one day expand beyond just being a simple rollercoaster designer, if this one proves to be a success.

But even if there will be future titles, if they are based on the same design, then Coaster Crazy is NOT a good start!
I don't care if they do develop it into a series that will eventually work as a complete theme park simulator, the graphics are so bad and unrealistic that it would ruin the experience.
