Here are some ideas that would make Planet Coaster more awesome.

Aquariums with moving fish and animatronic aquarium animals
Elevators & Escalators
Arcade and Midway games that guests can use (and win prizes from the midway games)
More plants like flowers
Dinosaur, shark animatronics
Dolphin/ Sea Lion show
More glass walls and ceilings
Underwater path/ glass tunnel
Weather
Mini-golf courses that you can create
Ski lift, submarine ride, trams/trolleys
Water parks
More Fountains
Skating rink that guests can use

I personally want to see a Chute-the-Shoots water ride, as well as a Super Flume similar to Splash Mountain. I still feel that we're lacking in the water ride selection. A Water Works themed DLC would come in really handy. As a free update they could release a Super Flume, and then in the general DLC we could receive rides like a Shoot-the-Chutes, an interactive river raft water ride that travels down a channel where our guests can use water cannons to shoot at each other, as well as guests who are watching on the side that can shoot water back as they pass by, paddle boats like Swan, Rubber Ducky, and generic paddle boat. As for transport- a Ferry or Steam Boat. The theme could have a Mediterranean atmosphere or as Evolution said, an Atlantis theme. And a new mascot- Malaya the Voyager who sailed and conquered the Seven Seas. New animatronic props- mermaid (3 to 4 poses), animated hanging shark that lashes out at guests as they walk by; shark attack- similar to Jaws the Ride; along with the mentioned animated marine life animals. Maybe even a new display tool to create water shows with illuminated water jets and geyser displays that we can choreograph to music.
