I don't know any Truckers myself, but I'll ask my squad mates if they do.

Perhaps an add on to Elite Dangerous Market Connector that will ask you to Identify the settlement based on your OMG site and after 1-5 CMDR's confirm an entry, it will display it in a searchable website connected to your OMG site. I'm sure the whole ED community will help along with the Hutton Truckers.
