If a mother Ship exists how do we find it?

First Frontier has to add the Thargoid mothership to the game.... only then can we find it.

Given the slow progression of the Thargoid narative... it may be late December.

Which logs?

I suspect it may already be downloaded in the large update we had recently.

The INRA logs can be found on the INRA thread, last logs we found regarding an Anti-Thargoid weapon.

It appears there are a lot of advancements to come yet. These Interceptors alone are adapting and Posing an issue as it is. In the beginning I don't remember them using that scramble pulse they do now, so their weapons alone are developing.

It makes sense that even if they are supposably retreating, they are headed into enemy territory (being us, a 100+ year old threat) And will be sending out weaker individuals as probes to seek and find weakness. This explains why we have not seen any of the smaller 'Scout' Class Ships yet. it would be illogical to send units knowingly forward with a high probability of failure. When they arrive they will more than likely travel in pairs to increase odds of survival.

As for the 'Mothership' if we can call it that, it would have to be huge to accommodate for all the Interceptor ships alone. In fact there would be numerous 'motherships' with massive size and scale. (the base Concept suggested before makes a little more sense in terms of resources) but, it is very probable there are larger, Militarised Destroyers or Thargoid Capitol and Dreadnaught ships. Motherships would be bigger than the 3 combined....

Many possibilities lay ahead, Their weapons, ships and size are always a surprise to us. Best we be careful what we wish for though...

Well I hope that a mothership is several times larger than a Farragut. The Farragut and Interdictor are battlecruisers. So a mothership by definition should be much bigger.

Add epic conflict zones with a Farragut + Interdictor + Mothership where players can join the fight. If the Mothership gets very damaged then it'll hyperspace jump away.

Hello all

I have removed the posts about hacking the game files. Please don't do that here.

Sorry I was curious.

If there is a mother ship it might need to be guarded. Could the mother ship be correlated to hyperdictions? Also the thargoids have cargo do they off load it at some location. (some suggest Col. 70)

I believe that the interceptors are part of a fleet. (some suggest fleeing from the red thargoids) Would that fleet not have a forward operations base. an FOB I

feel if there is a fleet there maybe a carrier vessel. Assuming thargoids would need to protect it with a lot of nearby vessels. Could the number of ships present at hyperdictions indicate you are near something important?

Are hyperdictions relevant at all? Or something the devs tossed in to look cool?

If the greens have a mother-ship. Would the reds also have a mother-ship?

What other information do we have that could narrow down an exact location. And does it really exist?

Is threat 7 a myth.

Like most things in this game, canonn will most likely find it, so stay tuned to their website or watch it on youtube soon.

The ship in this teaser could be the Thargoid mothership.

It has a different design than the Interceptor and Scout. It's much bigger than the Cobra in the background.

There are several Interceptors flying above Alien Structure in that PAX video. Just saying.

I think the Thargoid -mother-ship is lurking in the witchspace around the Pleadies somewhere, and then we get "close" interdiction happens (the RNG is higher close to it) because the flowerships wants to protect it.

Some of the stations/megaships that has been destroyed might bear the marks done by that enormous beast. Flowerships in all honor but they seem to be too small to inflict so much station-wrecking -damage. :]

I'm sure it exists but is it activated and can be found? I doubt it. But in the not so distant future we might be able to ...
